A framework of skills and competencies required by participants with disabilities in virtual mobilities

This report delivers a framework of skills and competencies required by participants in virtualmobilities. A skills and competence framework defines the knowledge, skills, and attributes needed by people in a specific context. Even though there are different existing skills frameworks, often to be found in competence catalogues of national Ministries of Education, there is hardly any framework for the particular skills required by young adults in order to participate in virtual mobilities. Furthermore, a skills and competence framework for the use of virtualmobility which addresses particularly young adults with (different forms) of disabilities does not exist either.
